SHIPPING:

All deliveries to UK and other countries are sent using Royal Mail, once dispatched it takes 1-3 working days to UK (Monday-Friday only). Dispatching day is usually a Saturday. Shipment to UK is charged between £4-£7.99 depending on the weight of the parcel. If deliveries are missed and item is sent back we are not responsible (customer will have to pay postage for us to resend it)

Arvela ships WORLDWIDE! All International deliveries are also shipped via Royal Mail using the tracking and signature services, which usually aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days. RETURNS /EXCHANGE

Striclty no refund policy! however we do offer exchanges on an item that are faulty or incorrect size! Exchanges are on the condition that you post it back to us in saleable conditions within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please note you MUST contact us so we can provide you with a returns address. 7 working days are given from when your parcel was signed for to post it back to us. Proof of posting will be the post office date stamp within the 7 working day policy.
If you request to return an item for a exchange please bare in mind the following:

•Items must be returned at your own cost.
•Items must be unworn
•Items must be returned in same conditions as they were received.
•We will not accept exchanges if tags have been removed or re-attached.

If you request for an exchange please bare in mind the following:

•We expect customers to pay postage charge for the replacement as well as the charge for sending the item back to us.
•Clothing must be returned in the same condition as it was received (with tags in original condition).

RETURN ITEMS MUST BE STORED AWAY FROM STRONG SMELLS! WE WILL NOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE ON ITEMS THAT COME BACK WITH SMELLS.
